NY Times Article Highlight: A School Fights for Life in Battered Haiti

We wanted to share this informative piece from the New York Times today about education in Haiti.

The article illustrates the struggles that our Haiti traveling team witnessed in person during their two week visit.  It  quotes quite a few of the people they met with, including Jacky Lumarque and Mohammed Fall of Unicef, and gives a good synopsis the government’s 5-Year plan, which our team learned about first hand.
